The Mission

My mission is to create nutritional independence for ALL. Upon completion of my EAT Program you will have acquired the tools, strategies, skills and knowledge necessary to optimize the health and well being of you and your family.

  • Learn what NOT to eat: The knowledge that all calories are NOT equal! Learning the differences between them is the first step.
  • Learn HOW to eat: Tools and strategies to give you the best chance for success.
  • Mindfulness: Important skills that help to control your behavior in order to become a responsible eater, not a reactive one.
  • Identify: What are the problem foods in your life?
  • Quantify: What is the net impact of these foods in your life?
  • Eliminate: Systematically reduce the foods that have the biggest negative impact in your life with the help of a trained educator.

All this and more in a comprehensive, customizable, 1-month program that can be completed from the comfort of your own home.

The Problem

If you’ve tried all the diets under the sun and failed each time, we want you to know it’s not your fault. You are a victim of a toxic food environment. Getting better and working toward optimal health begins with the understanding that our food choices are largely predetermined. To be clear, a diet high in processed foods will cause you to eat more processed foods. If gone unchecked this will lead to obesity and disease.

We have all been fooled into thinking certain foods are health foods: flavored yogurt, sports drinks, and chocolate milk, to name a few. These foodstuffs are examples of a larger issue… processed food.

The Solution

The solution to the problem of obesity and disease is reducing our reliance on processed food.  A goal that requires a complete nutritional reformation.

EAT Program is designed to achieve this goal as well as provide nutritional autonomy for ALL our clients.  EAT is an acronym that stands for Education, Accountability, and Time on task.  These fundamental tenets are the bedrock on which optimal health, wellness and longevity stand.

  • EDUCATION: Learn the truth about fat and sugar, how hormones control you, as well as psychological and economic factors that hinder weight loss.
  • ACCOUNTABILITY: You are assigned a trained nutrition educator to help facilitate your reformation through daily weigh-ins, text/email threads and one-on-one sessions.
  • TIME ON TASK: Our 1-month, low intensity program is a self-regulated process designed to maximize your success.

In our opinion, success should be defined by achieving ones optimal health… in perpetuity. Diets fail where the EAT Program succeeds.  By dealing with the underlying factors that cause us to overeat and put on weight.
