This is a self-guided experience. During your initial meeting you will be given all
of the information, tools and strategies necessary to make healthful decisions. A
nutrition educator will check in with you periodically to see how you are doing on your
self-guided Journey.
You will receive:
• Health and Nutrition Assessment (1-2 hours)
• Access to the Grassroots Nutrition App
• Access to “Grassroots approved” recipes
COST: $150 per person.
